Located in Glendale, Arizona, Together Creating Independence, Inc. (TCI) is a nonprofit and a 501c3 organization dedicated to enhancing the independence and quality of life for adults with disabilities. After years of dreaming and planning, TCI was a reality and founded in 2023, by caring professionals who saw a need and had determination to support vulnerable adults with disabilities. Together we believe that no person should have a diminished quality of life due to their diagnosis of a developmental, intellectual or physical disability. Every purchase helps empower individuals in our community.
Our team is made up of dedicated board of directors, caring employees &
community members that we support with specialized employment
opportunities. We partner with other local non-profit organizations to
continue our work in making a difference and bringing happiness to as
many lives as possible.
Currently, Together Creating Independence operates one Boutique Thrift
Store in the northwest valley of Phoenix, Arizona. We hope to expand
throughout the valley opening multiple locations and venturing into other
local businesses that would support the community by offering affordability
to meet customer needs, employment opportunities and support to those
with disabilities.
We rely on the generosity and support of donors to continue our mission in
providing access to overcome day to day challenges for members of our
vulnerable community. When you donate and shop at TCI Thrift Store, your
support is our main source of funding to offer individuals with disabilities
increased independence and the ability to support and enhance their
quality of life.

Through our Sponsorship Program, you can make a meaningful difference by sponsoring a person in need, helping them access essential resources, training, and support services that improve their quality of life and empower them to thrive.
